Course Brief

Water supplies and waste disposal are considered a basic and fundamental provision in all building development. In this model city, the design of buildings consists of comprehensive elements, more and more complex and demand for more, not just a shelter for people living and working, but also the concerns on sustainability, system reliability and safety to occupancy and properties.
Plumbing and drainage systems should also be developed in same step, not just the basic function of supplying water / disposal waste, we would like to share some system planning considerations beyond traditional boundary and some advanced design provisions to cater for new and complex building development.
In this seminar, to provide introduction for members, Licensed Plumber (LP) and all professional in the industry on the sustainability and special design / planning on plumbing and drainage systems, how advanced system provisions / model equipment and material can help the building achieve supreme reliability on operation, safe for health and properties and high efficiency on energy and water demand.

Course Brief

Most of the energy consumed in plumbing and water supply system is not only pumps and transferring devices, but also various kind of energy to maintain water temperature, especially in hot water system, for hotel accommodation, residential, institutional, industrial process and etc. In this seminar, to provide introduction for members, Licensed Plumber (LP) and all professional in the industry on the sustainability design on hot water system and introduce solar hot water system, from its operation theory and system components, to system application, planning & consideration and sharing on actual installation experience.

此講座主要為水務從業員提供一般法律知識，化解水務紛争。

內容包括法律系统的介绍，如刑法及民法、公司/合约法。法律起訴方式。訴訟文件，如傳訊令狀、傳票、防擾事故通知書、命令等等。法律程序的選擇有仲裁、调解、和解、诉讼。律師也给與聽眾一些案例，诠释如水務争端。
