Ms. Jessica Lee is a BIM specialist with a rich background in the industry. With 7 years of experience in BIM project adoption and 4 years dedicated to BIM teaching and coaching, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Jessica holds a bachelor's degree in architecture and has honed her skills through years of work in E&M consultant companies, providing her with a deep understanding of the diverse needs of stakeholders in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Throughout her career, Jessica has been involved in a wide array of civil and building construction projects. One of the standout projects in her portfolio is the Revitalization of shophouses at 600-626 Shanghai Street, which earned her team the prestigious Autodesk BIM award in 2017.
Since 2018, Jessica has served as an Autodesk Certified Professional BIM instructor, delivering top-notch training to a range of clients including major industry players such as SHKP, DSD, Lands D, HD, VTC, Benoy, ChunWo, Wong Tung, and others. Additionally, she contributes her expertise as a part-time tutor at the Construction Industry Council (CIC), further enriching the industry with her knowledge and practical insights.

黃錦星 (前任香港環境局局長). During his 10-year tenure as the Secretary for the Environment, Wong has launched a number of policy blueprints on climate actions and energy, clean air, popularisation of electric vehicles, waste reduction and recycling, and biodiversity, leading Hong Kong towards carbon neutrality before 2050.
In addition to his role as the Former Secretary for the Environment, Ar. K.S. Wong also serves as the Honorary Adviser of the Hong Kong Institution of Plumbing and Drainage (HKIPD). The presentation is to outline the pipes and fittings being used commonly for Plumbing and Drainage applications in the local market. However, we will focus on the products for plumbing side and include a few products which we will offer a piece of advice for drainage application. Furthermore, we will go through in details with the selection of suitable materials, standards, installation procedures and regulations by governmental bodies.
We aim to furnish the audiences with the latest developments of those products in technological, practical and regulatory aspects. As a result, respective plumbers will provide the industry with more safe, efficient and trouble free projects.

Michael Chan is currently the Sales and Business Development Director of Kembla (HK) Ltd., which is a member of Metal Manufacturer Group in Australia. Michael has been in the supplier field especially the plumbing & drainage product materials for over twenty years and liaising with the various Government departments, major developers and consultants throughout the years. Moreover, he has been participating in developing some new products such as Water Seal Replenishing trap system and Kempress press fittings for copper pipe jointing etc….
As a regular member of Technical Committee on Plumbing formed in March 2016 by WSD, Michael has input comments and feedbacks from industry views for the materials, standards and technologies, and made recommendations to the Director of Water Supplies Department ever since.
